Unfortunately at this time we are only breeding for spring lambs to be ready for the fall fairs.

We grow out our spring lambs on grass until they are at weight in the fall, the customer can order a half or whole share. We have it humanely harvested here on the farm and sent to the butcher who will then contact you for your cut and wrap preference. You will pay the farm for harvest and the lamb at hanging weight and the pay the butcher directly and pick up your lamb from them.
